Why does my Account have a Hold?

This article applies to Classic Commerce. (Looking for Contextual Commerce documentation?)

If your account is on hold, it is most likely due to one of the following reasons:

  1. A payment method has not been set up.
  2. The Payoneer ID is either an email or a numeric form. The client must register with Payoneer in order to receive payments using a Client ID. Instructions can be found here: https://support.fastspring.com/entries/20902171-How-do-I-sign-up-for-Payoneer-
  3. Bank account information is incorrect. Please review your bank information. A new payment method will be required if your bank account number/IBAN is incorrect.

After you have reviewed and updated your payment method information, please submit a support ticket so the information can be reviewed and your account can be taken off hold.
