Network Maintenance [COMPLETED]

From approximately 5:10 UTC to 5:20 UTC our hosting provider performed routine patches to a key network component.  

During this timeframe inbound traffic was not impacted -- customers were still able to view order pages.  

However outbound traffic to our payment processors was impacted.  For example we were unable to authorize cards during this timeframe.  

Customers trying to complete an order during this timeframe would have seen a general message offering a "Contact Us" form for assistance.
