How to Change your Satisfaction Rating for Support Tickets

Overview

Sometimes clients wish to change the satisfaction rating they provided for a support ticket. The process to do so is quick and simple, as described below.

Changing your Satisfaction Rating

Go to SpringBoard's Store Home » Support.

Click Check your Existing Requests.

Click View your recently solved and closed requests from the right column.

Select the support request whose satisfaction rating you want to change.

Click Change my rating.

Pick your new satisfaction rating.

If desired, enter in a comment about the quality of support you received, and click Update.
