FastSpring stores are experiencing periodic delays.  Our engineers are working to resolve the issue.

Update: Systems are now running normally. This incident lasted 11:02-11:45am PT. We are researching the root cause.

Update: Periodic delays starting at 1:08PM PT. We're actively working on resolving the immediate issue, and looking for a root cause.

Update: Systems are now running normally. Delays were experienced 1:07-1:20pm PT

Update:  Our engineers have deployed a patch to the platform and performance has been normal since that time.  We continue to investigate the cause of the slower performance periods as we monitor system utilization.
