The phone number field may only be hidden at FastSpring's discretion, and you must have a history (at least a few months) of processed orders (with minimal chargebacks) before we will consider it. The phone number field is one part of our fraud prevention system and may only be removed in some cases. Please submit a support ticket if you have shown a history of processed orders and are interested in having us consider removing this field from your FastSpring store.
