However, if all of your products are digital, meaning you do not have anything shippable like a backup CD, we do have an alternate payment flow that does not require address information for customers choosing PayPal or Amazon as their payment method. Please open a support ticket requesting the digital only order flow and confirm in the support ticket that you do not sell shippable products. Please note: this change will affect a live store.
