Can I increase the maximum order total for my store?

A FastSpring store has a default maximum allowed order amount of $5,000 USD (and the equivalent conversion for other currencies). When a customer's order contains products that total higher than this set amount, the customer will see the message "Order total exceeds maximum of: $5,000.00."


On a store-by-store basis, we may be able to increase the maximum order amount. To make this request, please open a support ticket and specify your desired maximum total order.
